Job desc
1.Responsible for staff management, implement and improve the relevant systems and processes such as employee entry, staff regularization, change, and resignation.
2. Responsible for the signing and management of employee labor contracts.
3. Responsible for personnel file management of employees.
4. Responsible for the attendance management of the company's employees, statistical analysis and handling of abnormal attendance.
5. Responsible for employee salary and benefits calculation.
6. Responsible for the registration and payment of employee social insurance, and guarantee social insurance benefits.
7. Responsible for the background management of DingTalk, the setting and adjustment of various processes.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources is preferred
2. basic oral communication skills (English/Malaysia2), Chinese is preferred;
3. Engaged in human resources work for more than 1 year, have good communication and coordination skills, strong execution and professionalism
4. Have flexibility, work carefully, have affinity, service awareness and sense of responsibility;
5. Proficiency in using common office software and related personnel management sys.
